How to take Rybelsus
- Take on an empty stomach when you first wake up.
- Swallow with no more than 4 oz of plain water.
- Wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking, or other medications.
- Take at the same time each day for best results.
Do not split, crush, or chew tablets. Your clinician explains proper administration.
Dosage & administration
Rybelsus is started at 3 mg daily for 30 days, then increased. Your clinician guides titration.
- Days 1–30: 3 mg once daily
- Days 31–60: 7 mg once daily
- Day 61+: 14 mg once daily (maintenance)
